Press the up button on the controller to move the rolled object down

Internal wiring error in the controller

Just adjust the black and brown positions of the motor lead wires

Connect the power, the motor can only run in one direction

The travel switch in the motor is not open

Rotate the crown 1-2 turns in the opposite direction of its current operation

After the motor is installed and powered on, the motor does not rotate or starts slowly

1. The power supply does not match the rated voltage of the motor

2. Overload

3. Improper installation causing parts to get stuck in the motor

4. Both travel switches in the motor are not open

1. Replace the motor that matches the power supply voltage

2. Replace the motor that matches the load

3. Check if all parts of the accessories are installed correctly

4. Rotate the crown 1-2 turns in any direction

Sudden stop of motor during operation

1. The motor has entered an overheat protection state

2. Power outage

3. Enter the set endpoint

1.After waiting for about 20 minutes for the motor to cool down, it will automatically return to normal working state

3. Depending on the situation, decide whether to adjust the travel knob

Abnormal sound during operation

The transmission pipe is too long, causing the brackets at both ends to be too tight

If the tail plug is movable, cut the outer tube appropriately short
